I don't recognize any of those numbers, the absence of a manufacturer 
identifier suggests that they are selected parts and remarked.  "M8151" 
could be a date code.

Builders are known to select OEM ICs for tighter parameters.  Some of 
them mark them with their own part #, obliterating the manufacturer ID.
