Wow...good luck.  That is a real oldy moldy.  Jameco (http://www.jameco.com 
) has a selection of old eproms, they may, or may not, have that one.  That 
is an old TI part.  I just looked through my eproms....didn't find any 
:-(...but you are most likely only to find them from somebody who has them 
in their junk box (any body need any 1702s? ;^)
