It's spelled "Wurlitzer", and the broken piece is called a "reed".
So... it's not too hard to find:

I've ordered reeds from them before and have been happy with their
service.  Note that Wurlitzer identifies the reeds by number, where
reed number 1 is the low A and reed number 64 is the high C.
