I briefly borrowed a Delton Horn book on repairing synthesisers 
(can't remember the exact title), and I felt it had the same problem.  
Lot's of bit's thrown together.  I suspect he had a stock of paragraphs
on various electronics subjects and had just shuffled them together
to sell another book.  I think there were approx. three schematics,
all so badly drawn that they were almost unrecognisable as
bog standard circuits.

If I'd bought the book I would have felt cheated.  I consider Delton Horn 
books to be a waste of time, money and paper.
