[sdiy] Annual Midwest Synth gathering info

For the sixth year, the annual Analog Heaven Midwest gathering is being
hosted by Andrew Scheidler.  While this is billed as a Analog Heaven event,
it has always been attended by many from the DIY community and some of us
who do not participate in the Analog Heaven mailing list.  It seems each
year the modular gear variety increases.  The location is northwest Indiana.
Driving distance is pretty reasonable from Chicago, and most of Michigan,
Indiana, Ohio.

So, as a public service, I am passing along the information that has now
been posted at Andrews site.

Once again, we expect a massive amount of vintage and new analogue gear.
