I'm actually RXCV: the problem was, I was looking at the schematic I printed
from the pdf, and the parts list from both sources...the parts list is just
wrong in sooo many ways on the web site.

Gotcha. I'll go by the schematic then...dammit, I got a lot of resistors to
unsolder!

Been there, ordered enough 10uF ele's to sink a ship...

Yup. Love/hate, that's what SDIY is all about. Time to go back and generate
yet ANOTHER penned-up version of the parts list, and see if I can re-use
those resistors...after all, I got the 10K's and the 1K's on the board, just
all in the wrong spots it seems...
