[sdiy] heavy metals

In metallic form metals are not absorbed in to your body.
Then again metallic dust could easily react and form salts that are
absorbed, don't know if this happens in real life when metals are inhaled.
If memory serves you need a ion with a lower redox potential than the metal
to change the metal from metallic to ionized form.
And if memory still serves heavy metals are the ones with low redox
potentials, therefore they won't react easily.

BTW Heavy metals in not the problem, just too much metal-ions.
Light metals like Aluminum (from cooking your food in bare metal Alu pots
and pans) can speed up thinks like Altsheimer and Parkinson.

But my highschool chemistry lessons where 20 years ago. Sure others can add
more meaning full comments.
