SV: [sdiy] Some old IC's

Some JRC 4558 opamps from the 80s (not all of them) are considered to give some guitar stompboxes a special sound... some sort of Mojo... something almost magical!! There has been lots of discussions about them in guitar electronics forums and tips to discover a "magical" 4558 from a normal one.

As I understand the JRC 1468 should be referred to as 4558 which is a
double opamp, used in for an example MS20. Could you confirm the following
pin config:
1 OUT (1)
2 -IN (1)
3 +IN (1)
4 -V
5 +IN (2)
6 -IN (2)
7 OUT (2)
8 +V

Regards

Niklas
