As I understand (thanks Yves!) the second IC is a Yamaha custom IC,
IG02611, and there are another custom IC in the VCA section IG02592. If
anyone has information about these, please please please send it to me!
And yes, this is pre DX-7, about 1980, and it's Yamaha's toy-instrument
PS-3.

That's a JRC 4558DV, a common dual op amp, also known as NJM4558DV.
I'm sure Google will come up with a datasheet.

Never heard of that one, but judging by the number, it's a pre-DX7 chip.
