That looks like what I will sorta settle on for this.  Because its a one-off, 
the water decals make more sense then making up the 3 screens it would take to 
silk screen this thing.  I'm still hoping to do a low temperature clear
powder coat as the final surface.  Future stuff however is going to be
Schaffer or Silk Screened, and probably powder coated because its fairly
cheap to have done if I can do multiple small things at once...
