There are lots and lots of quantizers and scale generators on the market, at least in modular form. Are you looking for a schematic to build your own or are you considering to buy a pre-assembled module? I assume you want modular gear, since its to put between an "oscillator and sequencer" but perhaps I'm wrong...if modular what format (size/power req) and price range are you looking at?

Anyway the good news is that you have plenty to choose from.
