Did you design it yourself, or borrowed the design from someone?

I got kind of interested in the CMOS VCO 4069, it seems like a simple one and
it
has even some not so neccessary things for a newbie like pwm. And the parts
seem
quite economical and not so hard to find. I'm a physics student so money is
quite hard to find in my case :)
