[sdiy] Starting a synth project

I recently restart my synth project, with the VCO no less.

What i find is non linear scaling irregularities, that is to say several
octaves upwards from C0 exhibit reasonably precise tuning and then maybe a
whole octave will become out of scale in a flat manner an then perfect pitch
for a single note and then suddenly will go very sharp for a few keys and
then flat again.

To a novice not versed in the arts of knowing when to use a half watt
resistor instead of a 1/4 i find this perplexing.

I assumed it maybe due to parasitic resonances or somesuch.

I was hoping it is a known of problem that is easily rectified.

I also blew a 650mA fuse the my Multimeter somehow, all my capacitors were
0.02 nF all of a sudden.
