well, it didn't, but since they are sfc's, i decided to search for sfc 2741.
according to the dutch site circuitsonline.net they are... 741 opamps!

it's a strange box.. 18 jack ins on the front, 18 outs on the back, all
labeled with different voltages. sort of a voltage mixer?
