I played around with a Fairlight II a little while ago. I was amused to
hear many of those samples in the 'preset' selections of the Fairlight.
Also the 'chinese' sounds on JMJ's China Concerts on on there, pitched
up or down accordingly for use on the LP. Even the awesome Mike Oldfield
used quite a few too on Five Miles Out and others.
Now these artists could have been the originators of the samples which
then made it onto the library disks. But maybe not...

I think I said that a year ago. Now I have just one modular synth and a
PC... and I love it.
