[sdiy] recreating front panel layouts

I didn't realize that the Shaeffer software could import other graphic
formats, like a scanned image. what formats do you do the
scanning/repairing in? then do you have to trace over the image w/ FPD's
tools? or will they do panels direct from scanned artwork?
