Hi!
I have been engineering for many years, you cant belive that
when you see this question, but im starting to get old
and memory is fading if that is an possible excuse! :-)

As a part of the ongoing series of odd questions and
as a follow up of the previous question:

"If it is possible to have a current and no current and vice versa"

I now got stuck on AC-DC :

We usually say AC voltage and DC voltage in terms of defining if a voltage
are dead or alternating, however the term" AC voltage" ACV would in fact
be outspoken as; "Alternating Current Voltage" wich sounds odd!.
And the same goes for Dead Current Voltage.

What rules?
