[sdiy] Paia MIDI2CV power supply

Whilst it is possible to run the midi2cv8 from +/-15V rails and have it
survive, the 4051 used in the version I had should not be run with 30V
across its power supply pins.

I cut the -15V supply to the 4051 and made a small -0.6V supply from a
series resistor and diode ground to drive the analogue negative rail on
the 4051. The digital ground can be left at 0V.
