Surely a kind of DCO or DCOs would run on it, but without
any digital filter I'm afraid...
Those old micros were not so bad. Years ago I wrote
an assembler routine for MC6803 which calculated the square
root from a 16 bit number. The whole routine took  n i n e
processor instructions...
