[sdiy] Inexpensive yet silent Wall wart PSU

I am looking for advice on inexpensive yet ripplefree and silent Wall Wart 
PSU's.

My early attempts at building things with components hit a snag concerning 
the far too noisy Linear PSU and the even worse Switch mode debacle.

This kind of put me off for a while.

Building my own is not really an option however.


Now if only the Bridge Rectifiers would emit light.
