Sometimes it works to just dismantle the motor and clean the inside and
lubricate the bearings.
Beware that it is a pain in the a*s to get the motor back together when
you have taken it apart, especially the small springloaded pieces of
graphite(?) that is used as contacts between the wiring and the
motor-coil. You need four hands to get it together (or make some small
hooks out of wires like I did).

Does anyone here know how to repair a Space Echo motor whose speed
fluctuates? I saw a website where someone claims to dismantle them and
replace parts (www.fuzzorama.com) but what parts #s are needed and
where can
they be found? Any help would really be appreciated.
Thank you!
