As far as matching transistors goes, I dug this up - I don't even
remember where I got it, but it looks like it might be a scan from an

I've also got a 7CT1N plugin in a Tek 7603 mainframe, which I played
around with for a while, and with the aid of the manual I believe it
can be used to match transistors passably. You can get those for
around $100 on eBay, usually, or a little more if you hold out for one
with a non-DOA guarantee.
