I posted last night some parameters on some transistors...

This info came out of a rather large (500K?) HTML page I have written here.  I 
have some similar pages on diodes,  and ICs,  both by generic and 
mfr-specific numbers as well, though none of the others are anywhere near as 
large.  I did these pages over time (and they are still a "work in 
progress" :-) as a way to gather all of this info into one place.  Those 
places where the part numbers show up as links indicate that I have 
datasheets available for the parts as well.

If anybody's interested in these, drop me an email and I'll be happy to 
forward you a copy of any or all of them.  Makes it real handy to look stuff 
up.  :-)
