[sdiy] Repairing a Space Echo Motor

Does anyone here know how to repair a Space Echo motor whose speed 
fluctuates?  I saw a website where someone claims to dismantle them and 
replace parts (www.fuzzorama.com) but what parts #s are needed and where can 
they be found?  Any help would really be appreciated.
