Pretty standard stuff there...

Bad assumption. Much more likely to be 2SC945, a pretty common number. I
don't have a datasheet but my info says NPN Si, 60V, 100mA, 250mW, beta
90-600 (the beta on Japanese numbers like this can be specified more narrowly
by a letter following the markings given).

Probably a 2SA562, PNP Si, 35V, 500mA, 500mW, 70-240.
