Hi List!

i have here some boards from a working RS101 (roland strings) and they are
stuffed with some unfamiliar chips...

keyboard board:

9 pcs of M3216, the only info i found was 6-Stage Divider Retro... is this
chip any good?
1 pc of M8071 (i got a datasheet in japanese... it also shows this one
conected to M3216)
1 pc of TC4011P this one i found the following info :
Part number: TC4011
Category:
-> Logic
-> Gates
-> CMOS/BiCMOS->4000 Family
Description:
CMOS 2 Input NAND Gate
I have the datasheet

A LOT (63) Transistors C945 (i assume BC945 but no info on it)
2 pcs of A562 (completly unknown to me and found nothing...)
1pcs of NEC A733 transistor ( i found a 2PA733 PNP General Purpose
Transistor)

for semi's thats it...

now for the cap's... there are 63 10uF 25v tantalun caps (i think) also 63
of 0,1uF polyester and 63 of 0,068uF polyester also. Lots of resistors and
at least 200 small signal diodes (like 1n4148 i think)

now for the mainboard of the RS101...

it has a lot of thoses A733 and C945

it has the following IC's :

1pc DN811 (no info about it)
4pcs of MN3002 (also no info about it)

it as some caps resistors and diodes.

I know this was working because it was from a friend (we both had one
RS101) but his had a fried power board... i tested the other boards in
mine and worked.

now my main question is.. is anyone interested in this? is this any good
for making cool sound's?

i dont want money for it, we can make trades.

sorry for the bandwidth.

if anyone needs pics let me know

stay well

heitor
