[sdiy] PAiA 8700 EPROMs

What I did, a long time ago, was build a PC board that I put a single 2716
on and then copied the code from the 1702's into that. Even way back when,
the 1702 was difficult to work with and the 2716 was fairly easy to
program. In fact, I even built a 2716 programmer that I put into my 8700
keyboard. But, this is the route I would take. Finding 1702s is going to
be very difficult these days. I am not sure even if I still have my
originals from Paia or not any longer.
