Are you talking about the way some started coming with no window in the
package? I've run across *one* of those so far. Lots of the usual kind,
though.

I also happen to have a few 1702s. No intentions of using them because of the
oddball power supply requirements, but they sure are pretty, in those white
ceramic and gold packages. :-)
I suppose if somebody wanted some of these I could be persuaded to part with
some...
I also do have a programmer, but I don't think it does those, or anything
earlier than the 2716.
