[sdiy] Through-Zero FM

One thing through zero FM is good for is quadrature oscillators. When used
for quad panning a through zero quadrature osc. will reverse panning
direction when the control voltage goes from positive through zero to
negative.
In other words the sound spins in one direction, slows, stops then spins in
the other direction. Nice.
