Thanks for the info Tony...
Funny, but the reason I originally joined this list was to find a 
source for cheaper tempcos.
I actually ended up going with the surface mount ones (super cheap, but 
a little bit of a pain to deal with..)
The ones Jay was offering were cheap enough that I figured that I'd get 
some of those too.

As for Jay, I just got an email from him and apparently he plans to 
make good on his transactions.
Maybe the others got an email from him too??
