[sdiy] tempcos?

I'm  mostly annoyed.
I ordered 10 from him.
I didn't file a complaint with PayPal yet, but might do so soon.
I can be a bit flakey, but not when it comes to other peoples money.
I've learned never to say "It'll be in the mail tomorrow", but rather 
wait until whatever it is is actually on it's way.
Oh well, I wanted 2k tempcos anyway...
