I was just informed that not only will a mellotron mark 6 be at the Sweet
Noise Booth at NAMM, but so will the gentleman who owns the company. I spend
some time with him recently at John Frusciante's house getting his massive
Mk I repaired.

Roger (Sweet Noise/Big City Music) tried to get a celeb at the booth with
the mellotron. Rick Wakeman wanted too much, Emerson said he's never
touched the things and Robert Fripp was already booked that week at strip
mall opening in Toledo.

ouch.

I'm kidding about all this, of course (Fripp's actually going to be in
Fresno at a personality disorder seminar - ouch ouch) - but the mellotron
company owner will be there, that's no joke!
