[sdiy] 1K 1% 3500ppm tempco order

I can add a 'me too' on the tempcos. I figured I'd give em a chance cuz 
it wasn't a lot of cash, an I guess he's proved himself one more time to 
be unreliable. It's been over a month since he said he was going to send 
them.
