[sdiy] transistor matching circuit

their beta (vbe) should be fine.   There are circuits all over the net that
show how to do this fairly simply - i thik Pathell has on if memory serves.
it's all up to the accuracy of your volt meter or scope.  A curve tracer
comes in real real handy for this, but hardly worth the expense if you
aren't matching for a living!
