[sdiy] MELLOTRON-DIY

Recently I purchased the M-Tron VST plugin, cause I cannot afford
the real stuff and I certainly feel unable DIY a Mellotron.
I wonder if somebody has ever envisaged building
a Mellotron from scratch or actually DIYed one ?
When I considered some very ambitious and successful SDIY projects
such as the Jurgen Haible's PS3100 clone...
