It sounds like you were not going to keep the piano, if you were going to
remove the harp.  You might loosen, or cut all the strings one at a time.
Probably that would still be semi-dangerous (if you cut)... but if you did
one each of the strings, then repeat... you'd probably be fine.

Still, piano harps NEED to be treated like explosives !!!

(hope the swat team does not come to my house to de-fuse my piano :^)
