Yes, the extra letters reffer to the case style and temperature range.
The LCN is a standard temperature range DIP package
the CCN is an extended remp range in DIP.
The LCD, I would expect to be a surface mount standard temp range device.

Plenty of places still sell the LF412CN.

try search for 'LF412' or 412, same with the DAC, try 'DAC 0831' (with a
space) or just '0831'
