[sdiy] Serious filter problem, please help!

The "ICs" are obviously dual transistors.
Q1 collector = 2
base = 3
emitter = 4
Q2 collector = 8
base = 7
emitter = 6
You can redraw the schematic with the transistor
symbols and it will be a lot more obvious what is
going
on. It does look a lot like the Minimoog D filter
schematic.
Looks like maybe the VCA is on this schematic as well.
Resonance pot looks like it goes from W! connector
pins 16 and 12.
If the filter 'works' I'd trace this connection
carefully... maybe a bad pot, wire, or cap C1
