[sdiy] WTD: RSF SD140 EPROM and schemos...

It's been a while. The problem started in 1996. I have had no luck so 
far finding anyone with docs or one of these machines. The guy in France 
who can fix RSF stuff expects me to mail it to him and pay him to work 
on it. I don't think it's even worth that much!
