[sdiy] Harry LFO trick on Ray wilson's Minisynth

Re-Sorry for previous mail, this the same question with object,

I have a little question:
I modified my EFM VClfo (3080 + tl074, square and tri output ONLY ), to 
obtain ramp LFO.

I used the Harry trick on the Ray wilson's Minisynth , using 2 reversed 
diodes near of Triangle capacitor. It's really nice and work fine, but 
only on tri/ramp output. If the switch is in "Ramp" position, the 
square output don't works !

Is normal ? ( that's why EFM VcLFO use 1/2 TL074 to provide Ramp signal 
? )
Or reversing diodes, or something else could raise the square ?
