[sdiy] Ne5517 or rubber donut!

It's nice to know there are two suppliers. But neither of them for 
small amounts, which would be much more useful to most people here.

Now excuse my ignorance if this is a stupid question... what makes 
the availability of the NE5517 so special? What's wrong with using 
the LM13600?
