Eventide?  Now _there_ is a name I haven't heard in a really long time...

Is there anything out there on the 'net about their stuff?  Particularly hard 
tech details...

I almost went to work for those people once.  Got most of the way through the 
interview,  when the guy says to me something about they can't spare any 
parts for me to do my own thing with,  as they only had enough of everything 
on hand for the particular production runs they were doing.  I found this 
rather insulting,  and told him I had plenty of my own parts for whatever 
personal projects I was into.  And that's where the interview ended.  <shrug>

Heck,  this was NYC!  And there were plenty of places around where you could 
find all sorts of stuff,  if you wanted to.  Even now,  with many of those 
places gone,  I'm sure there are still plenty of places to get stuff,  if you 
want it...
