For those not familiar to the 5517 and as "previously" discussed
on the list the 5517 are a 13700. Its not a new part and many list
members used it untill the philips silicon manufacturing factory
in france had a severe fire wich made a abrupt end to the device
existence!
When it comes to "endangered speices" the 13700,CA3080, CA3280
and SSM2164 are what's left to us to design with when it comes
to OTA's!! (no im not counting in THATH CORP devices).
However i do whish that THATH could do a updated CA3080 and
a 13700 "LOW COST REPLACEMENT" with the temp compensated
summing junction expo input on chip!
