Just had a check - Digikey also supply these (according to their UK
catalog):

8051F127 is £15.92 @ 1-off, 8051F310 is £6.16 @ 1-off [21 channel A/D!]

I like the idea of the C8051F320 with USB though (£7.67 @ 1-off).
