If so, that begs the question - the schematic doesn't show it.  So, were there Low Pass Gates produced that did not have the 'both' mode?

  Pretty interesting - I'd never actually examined Rev 2 that much.  Glancing at it, though, how does it work for the 'Both' mode?  I only see two positions for the switch.
