[sdiy] Run standard CMOS on 3.3 volts?

OK, I did a little bit of further checking, and it appears that the 74HC4066 
series will safely operate on anywhere from 2 volts up to 11 volts.  
Hopefully, I will be able to find this part in a through-hole form factor.
