I think what you want is either a 4016 or a 4066.  It's a "floating" CMOS
switch, current can pass through it in either direction and it's controlled
by a single logic level input line.  Get the datasheet for full details, the
logic level input requires logic levels at or near Vss or Vdd for "open" and
"close".  A pulse (false-true-false) on the switch control logic input will
momentarily close and then open the switch.
