Since we were talking about working with magnets, I thought I'd post about a
simple field sniffer I made. Makes it easy to check what's N and S and some
rough field mapping.

Allegro free sample linear hall sensor, CMOS 555, battery, switch, 5V reg,
radio shack piezo transducer, some R's and C's, hot glue, and tongue
depressor. Sensor output goes to 555 pin 5 to change pitch.
