[sdiy] Russian parts and synth schematics...

Disclaimer: Purely guess work based on looking at schematics. Use at your
own risk.

You would probably be OK with substituting 2N3904 for all NPNs, 2N3906 for
all PNPs, 2N3819 for N channel FETs.

The rest looks like CMOS, but I do not recognize the pin numbers.

The filter is a Sallen-Key design similar to the MS20, but uses a discrete
buffer for the output. The lack of input attenuation suggests the OTA is a
CA3280.
