Hello everybody,
does anyone on here happen to have a schematic of a
transistor (non IC) code practice oscillator? the only
CPO schematics I've been able to find are versions
that use a 555 timer or other ICs.
The reason I ask is that, in recent curiosity over
Steims "crackle box", I came across an article in a
very old electronics magazine, which basicly says to
take an old CPO and replace the capacitor with 2
aluminum foil "touch plates". and Viola thats it.
simple as dirt. except the magazine doesnt give a
schematic for the cpo.
so anybody got one or care to shed some light on this?
thanks
